The China registered aircraft & components thereon should be attached with the CAAC airworthiness release certificate except the following situations:

1). The warranty repair for the brand-new OEM products provided by the aircraft/aircraft component manufacturers;

2). Maintenance or repair provided by aircraft/aircraft component manufacturers due to the claim for compensation on the design/manufacturing faults.
