In accordance with the 2004 Amendment to the Joint Venture Contract, Air China and Lufthansa, Ameco Beijing’s shareholders, confirmed the following personnel changes effective August 1st 2008, at 39th Board of Director Meeting.

Andreas Meisel will take over the position as General Manager & CEO and Chai Weixi will act as General Manager.
